OWNER-LED CONSTRUCTION
Accountability from start to finish.
High Ground was founded by owner, operator, and lead carpenter Ethan Jessee to build a company that invests deeply in craft, team, family, and community. He was joined by Caleb Koch as Co-Owner and business manager to help maintain a high quality experience.
We pride ourselves on maintaining clear communication and strong project oversight. Our experience spans from large framing projects to precise custom cabinets. That range informs a process that is design-aware, efficient, and ground in details that make a house feel like a home.
